Warren Saada and Franglish join forces on “Pas comme moi”

Warren Saada has emerged as a true musical crossroads, standing at the intersection of multiple influences. Effortlessly blending R&B, Nigerian sounds, and soul, the artist crafts a rich and distinctive sonic universe. First brought into the spotlight with the release of his project “Honestly” in 2024, he has since maintained a steady rise, driven by a growing reach that now extends far beyond French borders. Some of his tracks have even resonated internationally. Building on this momentum, Warren Saada is currently preparing a new project titled “Identity” and will take the stage at l’Olympia on April 24th for what promises to be a memorable performance.

Continuing this upward trajectory, he unveils a new collaboration with Franglish, an artist operating within a similar musical sphere. Together, they deliver “Pas comme moi”, a track that feels both vibrant and uplifting, perfectly in tune with the return of sunnier days.

The track is composed by Warren Saada, Ny Kajy, and Jelly. Ny Kajy, a respected name behind the scenes, has notably worked alongside Dadju on tracks such as “Sold Out”, “Tout essayer”, and “Je n’ai que toi”. He also composed “Coco” for Guy2Bezbar and “Pray” for Tayc. Meanwhile, Jelly has established himself as a key collaborator of Warren Saada, contributing to several standout records including “Mama”, “Blessing”, “Diamant”, and “Pas comme moi”. Together, they craft a hybrid sound where afrobeat seamlessly blends with R&B textures, staying true to the Parisian singer’s artistic identity.

On this love-driven track, Franglish and Warren Saada play with contrasts and back-and-forth exchanges, weaving melodic interplay throughout the song. This synergy creates a natural chemistry, giving the track a balance of softness and impact. Sitting between R&B and afrobeat, “Pas comme moi” stands out for its controlled emotional intensity.

The visual, directed by Guy Fonkui and produced by Bleu Montains, extends this atmosphere by placing both artists in a warm, immersive nighttime setting. The director has previously delivered notable visuals such as “Tout se sait” by Lyna Mahyem and Imen ES, “Djandjou” by Bolémvn and La Mano 1.9, as well as “Plus jamais” by Lyna Mahyem.
