So La Lune shines a spotlight on “Offshore” alongside Ninho on “Un peu beaucoup”!

May 24, 2026

So La Lune comes from Lyon, more precisely from the neighborhood of Mermoz. Since the beginning of his career, the rapper has built a unique artistic universe, one that often feels almost unreal, where floating melodies blend seamlessly with deeply nocturnal and melancholic atmospheres. Very early on, the artist stood out thanks to a musical identity unlike anything else in French rap. Back in 2021, during an interview with La Face B, he already spoke about the influences shaping his sound. References that perfectly match the emotional and hazy aesthetic surrounding his music: “At first, I mostly listened to French rap, but for the last four or five years I’ve really been getting into other things, like US rap and what’s happening in London. I don’t know if you know Kodak Black, but I really love what he does, he completely blew my mind. Honestly there are so many artists, like Young Thug, even if that’s a bit more obvious, and XXXTentacion, rest in peace.”

The artist has just released the project Offshore, featuring collaborations with Moha MMZ, Green Montana, Genezio, and Ninho. It is precisely his collaboration with Ninho that is currently being highlighted through a newly released visualizer.

So La Lune shines a spotlight on “Offshore” alongside Ninho on “Un peu beaucoup”!

The instrumental for the track was produced by Achille G and Arez (FRA), alongside AkameProds and VRSA Drip. Italian producer Achille G, who has become increasingly active across the European scene, has notably worked with Don Pero, Vale Pain, and 8blevrai. Meanwhile, Arez, AkameProds, and VRSA Drip have been working alongside So La Lune since the beginning of his career, helping shape the atmospheric sonic identity that now defines his music.

As often with the Lyon rapper, the instrumental feels floating, melancholic, and almost hypnotic. This aesthetic perfectly reflects the intimate relationship the artist has with nightlife, a theme that constantly runs through his music. During his interview with La Face B, he explained: “Honestly, I’m more of a night person. I’m not gonna lie, I really live a nocturnal life. That’s the life I try to bring into my music because it’s what I experience every day.”

With So La Lune, there is no forced ego trip or artificial posturing. His music is built around emotions, sensations, and deeply lucid lyrics that often carry a sense of melancholy and disillusionment:

“In the race for too much love, I lost too many people
Young one’s over there, hun-hun, problems over almost nothing
If you pull it out, then you better uh, ah-ah”

And on Ninho’s side, the perspective remains just as cold and realistic:

“We saw ourselves like Zidane, ended up hurt like Cissé
A click-click in the seizure, but they still deny the facts
Aquarium, we coughing, at ten years old we were Mowgli (at seventeen, we sell)
We’ll leave before the crackdown, before everything blows up”

The visualizer directly reuses the artwork from “Offshore”, extending the dark, cold, and contemplative visual identity that has surrounded So La Lune’s universe for several years now.
