Himra and Ninho hit hard with “Dans le dos”!

The first release from the compilation “No Pain No Gain”, the track “Dans le dos” brings together two major figures of the French-speaking rap scene: Ninho and Himra, the rising star of the Ivorian scene. Since the release of his first mixtape “M.I.L.S”, Ninho has maintained a meteoric rise. Now certified diamond, he continues to top the charts alongside Gazo and Jul, reaffirming his status as one of the cornerstones of modern French rap.

Himra, for his part, represents the new pride of Ivory Coast. In barely a year, he has established himself as one of the continent’s most promising talents thanks to his sharp and instantly recognizable drill style. His album “Jeunes et riches”, certified platinum in his home country, has elevated him to the rank of a generational leader. Now expanding his reach to France, he stands as one of the first Ivorian rappers to gain such strong traction across the Mediterranean.

The instrumental production of the track is crafted by Shayaa. The French beatmaker, already well-known for his collaborations with Ninho, has previously worked on standout tracks such as “Blue Story”, “Rich Porter”, “Bon qu’à ça”, and “Édouard Nahum”. Staying true to his signature touch, Shayaa delivers a raw, dark, and impactful drill production. Ninho, with his vast artistic range, seamlessly switches from melodic rap to razor-sharp bars. The result is a track that embodies the essence of pure, unfiltered rap — intense, technical, and uncompromising.

Himra spits razor-edged lines:

“I’m in Babi for just two days, I’m like you at the top
The competition scares no one — since when are we afraid of cats?”

Ninho follows up confidently:

“Didn’t celebrate my second million, I was busy figuring out how to make four.”

The music video, much like the track itself, radiates raw and authentic energy. Directed by KJ Production — the creative mind behind “Walidia” by RK — the visual pairs minimalist settings with high-intensity, almost cinematic scenes. Featuring a large cast of extras, it stages gritty, battle-like sequences with a clever nod to The Platinum Barber Shop, a symbolic hotspot of urban culture.
