In 2024, Heuss L’Enfoiré unveiled La vie de Roni, a project highlighted by heavyweight collaborations with Werenoi, Keblack, Maes, and Leto. A year later, in 2025, the artist made a sharp artistic turn and went back to basics: a series of raw, straight-up rap singles, following the spirit of his “BX Land” freestyles that built his early reputation. Just a month ago, he released the single “Megarama”, which is already nearing 600,000 views on YouTube.
The rapper continues on that momentum today with a new freestyle cut from the same cloth. His track “Maharaja” also embraces a street-rooted aesthetic.
Heuss L’Enfoiré continues his street-level evolution with “Maharaja”!
The production is handled by a formidable quartet: Voluptyk, Iraz, Blatt, and Danko. The latter, an Italian electronic-leaning producer, notably worked with Soolking on “Soghri”. As for Voluptyk, a leading beatmaker from Affranchis Music, he has shaped a significant portion of the French rap landscape—from Niro with “Qui sait?” all the way to Soolking with “Casanova”.
On this gritty, street-driven production, Heuss L’Enfoiré reconnects with his old-school kickage. From the very first lines, he sets the tone with a string of striking references:
“Yet God gave me faith like Ophélie Winter
Adriano on PES back when he played for Inter
Arafat’s keffiyeh, Martin Luther’s speeches”
He follows up with a sharp, controlled ego-trip:
“I’ve been inside for so long, I couldn’t find the exit
Meanwhile I burned everything down like Jordi’s father”
The black-and-white visual, much like “Megarama”, shows Heuss fully immersed in his neighborhood. High-energy street footage, wild rodeos, a raw yet warm atmosphere: everything points to Heuss embracing the core of his artistic identity once again.
