Swing introduces an innovative concept with his project “Au revoir Siméon.” Positioned between adolescence and adulthood, the artist delves into his identity across two epochs, from inception to conclusion. During an interview with Redbull Music, he shares: “Saying goodbye to Siméon sometimes entails leaving behind a part of childhood to regain balance and overcome life’s obstacles, while preserving the innocence that fuels my creativity and resilience.” His project, driven by the standout title “No Futur,” features collaborations with Prince Waly and YG Pablo, with Swing having recently signed the visual for this track.

The composition of this album, completely original and alternative, merges elements of alternative R’n’B, vibrant percussion, and a pervasive piano presence. Musicians Crayon and Kxmel are the masterminds behind this work. Crayon, a French beatmaker, has previously collaborated with Swing on “S’en aller,” and has also produced for artists such as Dinos and Josman. Kxmel, a producer working between Paris and Londres, regularly collaborates with numerous independent artists.

Swing and YG Pablo delve into their emotions in an evocative and captivating universe. Their music is rich and refined, immersing listeners in a unique world where every detail matters. The video, directed by Lenny Grosman, who previously collaborated on “No Futur,” is a cornerstone of Swing‘s artistic rhetoric. Grosman accompanies the artist in all his movements, giving Swing‘s rap a distinctive visual identity.
