Ninho and Niska set the stage on fire with a highly *rap* freestyle!

Two iconic figures of French rap, Ninho and Niska, are about to shake up the music scene with their highly anticipated joint album, *Goat*. The trend of collaborative albums, popularized in the U.S., has taken root in France with *Horizon Vertical* by Heuss L’Enfoiré and Vald. Although the joint project between SCH and Hamza never came to fruition, fans were able to celebrate with the albums by Tiakola and Gazo, as well as the explosive release from Leto and Guy2bezbar. Ninho and Niska, two titans of French rap already crowned with diamond records, promise an explosive project this time around, both artistically and commercially.

Ninho and Niska set the stage on fire with a highly *rap* freestyle!

The freestyle series titled *Unrappeurçarap* is bold, to say the least. The name, which at first glance may seem absurd due to its tautology, actually emphasizes how rap has evolved by incorporating urban influences. The first episode of this raw, street-style series brings back the intensity of the classics *MILS 1* and *Charo Life*.

The instrumental production of the track is handled by a powerhouse trio: Hard Level, Le Marabout, and Zafy. Hard Level, who previously worked with Ninho and Niska on the track *Coco*, has also produced for renowned artists like Aya Nakamura on hits such as *Cadeau* and *SMS*. As for Le Marabout, he’s known for his work with Ninho, especially on the track *Bad* from the rapper’s latest project, and has also collaborated with WeRenoi. The track is a true musical showdown, with a dual structure where each artist drops their flow on a different beat. Niska and Ninho return to their rap roots, delivering a powerful back-to-basics performance.

The two rappers engage in a sharp, masterful ego trip: “Noire comme la fusée, sur les affaires, j’aime pas quand y a l’museau” spits Ninho, while Niska fires back with: “Ils ont voulu m’jeter dans la fosse, j’suis revenu en *King Kong*.”

The music video, where both stars appear together yet with distinct verses, was directed by the talented Tom Menetrey in a typical street clip atmosphere. The director had previously made his mark with the video for Lé Will & Deuspi, two artists from Martinique.
