Heuss L’Enfoiré narrates the story of “La Raclure”

Last night, Heuss L’Enfoiré unveiled his third album, “La Vie de Roni”, featuring Ronaldinho on the cover. His previous project, “Chef d’Orchestre”, had been shelved during the Covid period and was only released in 2023. In “Le Code”, he reveals that although the second album was ready, he chose not to release it simultaneously with “Vintage” by Soolka

Since his breakthrough with “En esprit”, notably with the hit “Khapta”, Heuss L’Enfoiré experienced a forced hiatus due to Covid, coinciding with the release of “Horizon Vertical”, a collaborative gold-certified album with Vald. His latest project, “La Vie de Roni”, features high-profile collaborations with Werenoi, Keblack, Maes, and Leto. Notably, this third album marks also a tendancy : Seezy, the iconic beatmaker and Zeg P aren’t so dominant.

The soundtrack of “La Raclure” was composed by Djel and Belhadj. Djel has previously produced tracks like “Coucou” by Graya and “Vovo” by the same artist. Belhadj has worked with Moha K and Benab among others. The composition is described as “classic,” perfectly complementing Heuss‘ narrative about his troubled childhood in “La Raclure”, depicting the dark days of a “neighborhood kingpin.”

Concept albums and narrative short films have become a trend. Works like the trilogy “Réda l’Egyptien” by Lacrim, or the story-album by Moubarak, illustrate this phenomenon. SCH pioneered this approach with his “Jvlivs” episodes. Going even further back, IAM was already mastering the art of storytelling with “L’École du micro d’argent” and profound tracks like “Elle donne son corps avant son nom”.

In the video, accessible via Heuss L’Enfoiré, addresses “Roni” aka “Ronaldinho” to unveil the roots of “La Raclure”. It appears to be the first chapter of a promising saga.
