13 Organisé 2 has just unveiled its third release, following the explosive “Bande Organisée 2” and the authentic “Sous le soleil”. This new track, driven by a sample with Jul‘s unmistakable touch, remains the playground for the sharpest kickers. With “13 Organisé”, Jul brings together, for the second time, the best of Marseille’s rap scene, from pioneers like IAM and the Fonky Family to newer stars like YL and SCH, not forgetting icons such as Soprano and the Psy4. For this second edition, Jul has promised to gather no less than 160 artists on a single track. The third release, featuring appearances from TK, So La Zone, Missan, Jul, YL, Soso Maness, Kamikaz, and Elams, embodies the proud and determined spirit of the well-known “Mental 13”!

The instrumental production is crafted by the talented Veteran, Zeeko, and Banshee. The latter two, renowned German producers, have previously worked with Azet and collaborated on projects with Sofiane, such as “Remontada”. The dynamic and immersive production gives space for the artists to shine. Jul and his army of talents deliver punchline after punchline, with no pause or compromise.

The Marseille rappers, with their unique style, deliver hard-hitting verses while recounting their experiences, the life they live under the scorching sun of their city, with that famous “Mental 13”. When Jul shouts: “All this to boast, all this to show off and end up in Baumettes”, YL retorts with intensity: “I don’t have a million in the account yet, I could put a million in the safe”, while Soso Maness shares a dark and poignant message: “I saw that kid go to school, only to be executed on Telegram”.

The video, vibrant and energetic, was shot in authentic Marseille locations, directed by the talented Zaka La Vista and Kespey. The latter, who was already behind the camera for the second release from “13 Organisé”, “Sous le soleil”, once again brings his powerful visual touch. He also collaborated with ISK on the track “L’appât du gain”, further cementing his reputation as a talented director.
