So La Zone is truly “Instable”!

On January 19, 2024, So La Zone is set to make a bold return with an ambitious project titled “De la cellule au château”. This new release, featuring collaborations with renowned artists such as Gotti Maras, Sofiane, Emkal, and Graya, showcases the rapper’s artistic evolution. The project is a reflection of his personal journey, structured as a triptych, with themes deeply rooted in street life. Through the three parts of “Instable”, the first of which has just been unveiled, So La Zone crafts a series of “scripted” singles, exploring the harsh realities of urban life and everything he could have lost along the way.

So La Zone is truly “Instable”!

The musical production is handled by ZProd, a well-known name on the Marseille scene. Famous for producing the hit “Mise à jour” by Jul (certified gold), as well as the track “We c’est bon” by Naps, ZProd delivers a composition here that combines delicate guitar arpeggios with a classic yet powerful beat. This setup allows So La Zone to rap with an intensity and fluidity that firmly solidifies his position on the rap scene.

In this track, So La Zone delves into his past and shares his deepest reflections: “I spent my whole life in less than 15 square meters, but did it really help me in the end?”, or “Life is like a journey, I face challenges”, and “There are people on my team whose faces you will never see”. These words resonate with power and authenticity.

The video, styled as a short film where the rapper’s son is kidnapped, is directed by 420 Workshop. It continues the visual narrative seen in So La Zone’s previous clips, from “Transfert” to “Pare-balle” and “La rue m’a eu”, once again proving his commitment to creating striking and immersive visuals.
