RK: a major artist, a true Solitaire!
Few beatmakers in France can boast such a solid reputation. With renowned producers like Dany Synthé and Noxious, the composer of this track stands among the select few hitmakers who are unavoidable in the French music scene. Originally from Bordeaux, he has produced numerous hits, including Putana by Ninho, RATPI World by Booba, and Bénéfice by SCH. The instrumental of Solitaire is a prime example of his expertise, blending refined melody with an urban vibe.
In this track, RK opens up with touching sincerity, alternating between declarations of love and reflections on his career as an artist. He expresses his feelings with strength: “I trusted you, but you doubted me”. This is a particularly personal track for a rapper known for his hard-hitting flows. Recently, RK also contributed to the creation of the first release from the compilation 77 degrés, an emblematic collective project from the 77 region.
The music video was directed by Skudy, capturing the rapper’s everyday life, from restaurant meetups to concert preparations. Skudy, already recognized for his work, has recently collaborated with Kaaris and ElGrandeToto on the track QUE LO QUE, as well as with VVES on the song Fin de vie.
