Plaska Returns With a Story Forged Through Experience and Resilience
June 29, 2026
French rapper, songwriter, and composer Plaska, born Pierre on August 24, 1998, in Lille, northern France, has built his career on authenticity, determination, and an uncompromising approach to rap. His journey reflects both artistic ambition and personal resilience, making him one of the independent voices to watch on the French hip-hop scene.
Plaska first stepped into the rap world in 2015 as part of the collective Kaporal & Plaska. Driven by a desire to expand his musical horizons, he later moved to Paris, where he co-founded the group KpL. During this period, he maintained a steady release schedule, developing his lyrical style while growing his audience.
His career then took him to Toulouse, where he collaborated with the well-known Daymolition platform, helping introduce his music to a broader French rap audience. New singles and collaborations followed in quick succession, allowing Plaska to establish himself as a prolific independent artist.
One of the key moments in his early career came with “Vendetta,” a collaboration that marked his first significant venture into trap music. The track showcased a darker, more aggressive sound while preserving the sharp lyricism and hard-hitting delivery that had become his signature.
However, Plaska’s journey has not been without obstacles. In 2018, he faced one of the most challenging periods of his life when he was incarcerated. Rather than allowing the experience to define him, he used it as motivation. Following his release, he returned with renewed determination, releasing 16 music videos that reflected both his personal evolution and his unwavering commitment to music.
Today, Plaska continues to channel his life experiences into powerful, uncompromising tracks. Combining introspective storytelling, razor-sharp writing, and modern trap influences, he remains focused on pushing his artistic vision forward while staying true to the authenticity that has defined his career since day one.
