Moubarak is signed to D’Or et de Platine. While he first made a name for himself by following in his mentor’s footsteps with the now-iconic “Jul-style tracks” that spread widely across Europe, he quickly carved out his own lane. Driven by more introspective songs and ambitious projects such as “Cicatrices”,
the rapper has taken the time to craft a distinctive artistic identity. After releasing his EP “Solide” in 2025, he now returns with a brand-new single, “J’lâche pas maman” — a vibrant, uplifting track that is noticeably more energetic than his recent releases.
Moubarak makes a powerful comeback with “J’lâche pas maman”!
The instrumental is produced by Yazou, a beatmaker who regularly collaborates with
Moubarak. Together, they have created standout tracks such as “Dans la vrai”, “Regard noir”, “Dans la visière” and “M.P.C”. For this new single, the duo draws inspiration from Marseille’s contemporary soundscape, delivering a modern, high-energy production over which the rapper lays an emotional and determined performance.
“Ok I look down at the ground / I think about the padre / In those moments it gets tough”
The music video is directed by his longtime collaborator DrB, who has been working closely with the artist for many years. The director had already teamed up with Moubarak for “Cicatrices”, a scripted short film presented through a series of music videos, and he once again delivers a sharp, polished visual for this highly anticipated comeback.
