A few weeks ago, Monsieur Nov unveiled his project Nov, a release packed with collaborations featuring Joé Dwèt Filé, Wejdene, Rsko, as well as Blynk and Leto. Much like Kaza, the artist has become one of the undeniable masters of love-themed tracks. Throughout Nov, he explores every facet of romance. After the fiery T’aimes ça and the soothing vibes of Please, he now returns with Cœur de Pirate, a deeply melancholic song about a breakup he never wanted.
The artist is also preparing for a major milestone: his upcoming show at the ACCOR ARENA, scheduled for December 19.

The track’s production is handled by Seezy. Although strongly associated with Vald since the beginning of his career, the producer has worked with a wide range of artists. Most recently, he produced Ghali for Wejdene and Maudit Land for Ziak. The melancholic instrumental perfectly highlights Nov, whose ability to channel love and emotional turmoil remains unmatched:

The music video, dominated by dark shades of black and red, portrays Monsieur Nov haunted by a silent woman who follows him everywhere. The visuals are directed by Axel Haze, who previously worked with Rim’K and Kekra on Go, as well as with Uzi and RK on Violet, and with Nahir on Danilo. The director also collaborated with Nov on the video for T’aimes ça, solidifying a partnership that now feels natural and established.
