In 2022, Gambino La MG launched his first project, “Gambinerie”, featuring collaborations with prestigious names such as Leto, Naza, Chily, Negrito, Larry, and Tiakola. A notable incident occurred when his duet with Tiakola on “Reste-là” leaked online two weeks before its official release. Interviewed by Trace France, he disclosed that the leak was not planned, constituting a significant “loss of streams”. Furthermore, Tiakola and Gambino have shared a long-standing friendship since their early days in the groups MG and 4Keus. According to Gambino, their lack of previous collaborations was due to differences in levels, as he shared with Trace.

Following “Gambinerie”, “After Gambinerie” marks the reissue of his project. The rapper returns with “Pass Secur'”, a perfect summer track, accompanied by a video shot on a radiant beach.

The soundtrack for this single was composed by Voluptyk and Iraz. Signed with Affranchis Music, Voluptyk, who has previously worked with iconic figures of French rap, recently produced the hit “Casanova” by Soolking and Gazo. This new track, “Pass Secur'”, offers a Latino vibe that gives it a unique resonance.

Operating in a musical universe that some consider a new golden age of rap, Gambino La MG depicts a gangster love story in his latest summer hit.

The video was directed by Hugo Simon. Starting as an assistant on the video for Jul‘s “Love de toi”, as well as on “Go” featuring Ashe22 and Gazo, Simon delivers a visually cinematic piece, blending the traditions of summer romances with scenes captured on stunning fine sand beaches and luxury car rides.
