Fresh La Douille drops Episode 9 of La Douille!

Fresh La Douille hails from Ivry-sur-Seine, located in the Val-de-Marne district (94). It’s within the iconic golden triangle of Orly–Choisy–Vitry that the legendary crew Mafia K’1 Fry rose to prominence, led by major figures like Rohff and Kery James. This area remains a historic stronghold for French rap culture.

Fresh La Douille recently dropped his EP Sang Limite, just a few months after releasing the album Voltaire. The project is short but sharp, with a single guest feature from Gambi. True to his raw and uncompromising style, the rapper continues to lay solid foundations for an already promising career.

In a G.A.V. interview with StreetPress, the artist openly reflected on his numerous experiences in police custody — including one instance where he was wrongfully accused. His unfiltered honesty adds to the authenticity of a persona that’s always embraced its scars. Now, he returns to the spotlight with the ninth installment of his signature freestyle series, La Douille.

The beat on this new track is produced by Amine Farsi, a rising name in the French rap game. Known for his solo project Farsi, he’s also worked with Roshi on Night Ride, 3arbi on Interlope, and So La Lune on Nomade.

A close collaborator with the 667 collective alongside Flem, Farsi has also produced for Freeze Corleone, and teamed up with artists like Django and Gazo. For this track, he delivers a powerful drill beat — the perfect canvas for Fresh La Douille to unleash his razor-sharp bars.

“We built a bridge, then burned it, I said fine, since it called me to the bridge
A real brother shows over time, a fake one you feel just by the tone”

And another one:

“To take me down, you’ll need the riot squad — we don’t do halves, especially when I’m lit
We didn’t have a choice, we had to bring in the cash — dirty money is all I ever made as a kid”

The track comes with a high-energy visual shot in his neighborhood. Behind the camera is Kespey, one of the most active video directors of the moment. He’s also directed clips like 8426City by ISK, Nowhere by Bouss (a frequent collaborator), and Wow by Landy.
