Diddi Trix blesses us with “Le Benef”!

Last December, Diddi Trix unveiled his latest masterpiece, “TrixCity 2”, setting the musical horizon ablaze with stunning collaborations alongside La Bourse, TH, and Kay The Prodigy. Armed with an exceptionally distinctive flow, the rapper stands out for his bold artistic choices, carving his unique identity into the bedrock of the musical landscape. At the dawn of his vibrant career, long before the brilliance of the first opus “TrixCity”, he shared with “Yards” magazine the essence of authenticity: “Imitating is extinguishing oneself; this strategy only works for so long”, further emphasizing: “It’s by infusing your uniqueness that your musical calling becomes evident”. Moreover, he also presented the world with the captivating visuals for “Le Benef”.

Under the guidance of Yung G, the instrumental production of the track stands out for its sophistication and minimalism, enriched with a sample that resonates with almost cosmic undertones. It harmonizes seamlessly with the rapper’s flow, who, with stylistic ease and confidence, delivers his verses without ever rushing his words. Diddi Trix prefers the subtlety of posing to the aggressiveness of proclamation. Yung G, having previously worked with figures such as Disiz, Damso, and PLK — notably on the track “Idiote”, from his ambitious first project “Polak” —, Diddi Trix leaves an indelible mark in the rap universe.

Filmed in the intimacy of Bondy, at the heart of Diddi Trix‘s neighborhood, the minimalist clip by Eagle Prod visually captures the spirit of the song. Directed by an icon of quality independent rap, this filmmaker has recently collaborated with SD and Sinya on the poignant track “Dans la tchop”, thus continuing to forge strong creative bonds within the musical community.
