Bouss, originally from Colombes and raised in Gentilly (94), keeps carving out his place in the French rap scene. In 2024, he made a strong statement with the release of his project “Et si j’échoue?”, an album that sold over 10,000 units in its first week. With heartfelt lyrics and an authentic sound, the record quickly went platinum. Today, it’s nearing double platinum status—clear evidence of the growing buzz around this artist signed to All Points.
Following the success of “Nowhere” released the same year, Bouss returns with an equally impactful second chapter: “Nowhere 2”. This new track dives deep into storytelling, exploring themes of self-reflection, street life, and betrayal.
Bouss drops “Nowhere 2”!
The production is handled by three pillars of the scene: Mohand, Bryan Mills, and JSON. A key figure in the French rap game, Mohand has played a role in launching the careers of many, including the talented Sianna. He recently produced the track “Real Life” for Bazbaz and Bianca Costa, and previously worked with Bouss on “La course”.
“Nowhere 2” also marks the return of the trusted duo Bryan Mills and JSON, long-time collaborators who bring a raw, dark and immersive production.
Driven by sharp energy, the track lets Bouss speak his truth, offering a blunt take on the street’s evolving rules:
“Talk but do nothing — we don’t do that
I learned how to make money, I left the madrassa”
The video, available on YouTube, features Bouss in the heart of Gentilly, posted up with his crew. We see him in the kitchen (the trap), cut with vivid scenes of heavy street activity. The raw, cinematic aesthetic makes it one of his most striking visuals to date.
While Kespey is often behind the camera in his previous work, this time no director is credited—adding a layer of mystery to this powerful video.
