Originally from Clamart in Hauts-de-Seine, BLK140 grew up immersed in the music world, mingling with renowned artists such as SDM and PLK from an early age. By the age of 13, he was already recording his first tracks, laying the groundwork for what would become a promising career.

In 2014, he released “ChiRaq to CLM”, his first track, which quickly caught the attention of PLK. This led to a fruitful collaboration in 2018 with the track “Le Pou le B”. This moment marked a decisive turning point in BLK140’s career, solidifying his network within the music industry.

2019 was the year BLK140 truly distinguished himself with “LPRAV (the worst is yet to come)”, a series of 10 freestyles that highlighted his raw talent and artistic potential. These tracks earned him a signing with the influential label Mal Luné, alongside figures like Blasker, Kingzer, and Ninho.

During the lockdown, far from being discouraged, BLK140 redoubled his efforts. He produced and recorded a new series of freestyles titled “Alibi”, for which he also created music videos. This period of intense work demonstrated his resilience and commitment to his music.

In 2021, he maintained his momentum by releasing a series of singles, including a feature with Gotti Marras that garnered over 150,000 views on YouTube. His trajectory shows no signs of slowing down.

On June 24, 2022, BLK140 took a new step forward with the release of his first EP titled “Loading”. This project includes 9 tracks, six of which are unreleased, and represents a consolidation of his artistic identity and ambition in the rap world.

With the release of “SUMOL”, BLK140 continues to build his musical legacy, proving once again that he is an artist to watch closely in the French rap scene. His determination to evolve and innovate is clearly manifested in this new single, which not only enriches his discography but also confirms his status as an influential artist in rap.
