Zkr has recently made a triumphant return following the “Caméléon” project in 2023. He unveiled his latest work titled “Mode opératoire Vol 1” last Friday, collaborating with artists such as Lesram, Jul, Werenoi, Zed, and Freeze Corleone. He had introduced his project through a short film a few weeks earlier. Displaying undeniable professionalism and breaking away from the usual industry stereotypes, the video depicts a tragedy tinged with a certain inevitability. Zkr takes on the lead role, illustrating the journey of many young people plunging into criminality. To promote his project, the artist unveils the visuals for his music video in collaboration with Freeze Corleone.
Zkr and Freeze Corleone unveil “Beterbiev“!
The two artists are known for their lyricism, sharing at least that common characteristic. The instrumental production of the track is the work of DJ Bellek, Heerbeats, Pxblo, and Skillanon. DJ Bellek, brother of DJ Kore and founder of Morning Glory, recently introduced Bag Jeune B to the rap scene, a promising artist.
Very involved in the development of Zkr, as revealed in a recent interview with Raplume, DJ Bellek emphasizes that “Mode opératoire” is a “real project.” He meticulously prepared it, aiming to give it a conceptual character, less spontaneous than his previous works, though always authentic.
The impactful punchlines of Zkr and Freeze Corleone resonate like verdicts in the northern setting of Roubaix, the rapper’s place of origin. The visuals are directed by Arthur Lvz. This director, already associated with Bag Jeune B on his first two music videos, is also connected to DJ Bellek.
