Yoko, the rapper from Sarcelles, has just made a striking debut under the Morning Glory label. Five months after officially signing in the studios of DJ Belleck with a bold introductory freestyle titled *Métal Froid*, he continues to build momentum with two cinematic tracks: *Djamel* and *Comme d’habitude*. Taking things up a notch, he now drops his first official collaboration under Morning Glory with 2 Mètres on the introspective nighttime track *By Night*, in which the two artists deliver a raw and unfiltered take on street life.
Yoko and 2 Mètres take us on a ride *By Night*!
The beat was crafted by rising producer Tysko, best known for his work on the powerful *Dolce Camara*, a track that’s been gaining major attention following PSG’s recent Champions League victory. A frequent collaborator of 2 Mètres—notably on *100 Pas* and *LEVEL Up*—Tysko also produced *Book 3* for the collective L2B. With *By Night*, he delivers a dark and gripping instrumental, anchored by a haunting violin sample.
In this track, both rappers offer stark glimpses into their lived experiences:
“In the building I could’ve ended up a janitor, but after midnight bro, I’m just not there”
“He talks about *0.9*, ask him how we scale the product”
The music video, shot entirely at night, features Yoko and 2 Mètres navigating the city through elegant yet ominous backdrops—places you wouldn’t walk alone, even if the buildings look pristine. A visually polished production that enhances the moody, immersive nature of the track.
