La F hits hard with his disstrack “Boogeyman”

A few days ago, Gazo took a shot at La F in his track “Job”, dropping the viral punchline: “Why you running like La F?”. Quickly spreading across social media, the snippet ignited a new chapter in the rivalry between the Parisian rapper and his Lyon counterpart, right at the heart of the drill scene.

Back in 2024, La F had already made waves with his project “TNF 3.5”, which featured Shelby691, Doums, V9, JOZII, La 7ouma, FoX, rovskoo, wilf69n, and Soum. The project stood out with the posse cut “691 Pt.3”, a true anthem uniting Lyon’s new generation of rappers.

As Ziak appears ready to side with Gazo in this feud, La F struck back by dropping a sharp disstrack aimed directly at the Parisian MC. Rap beef has always been part of hip-hop culture: in France, the infamous battle between Booba and Kaaris left a lasting mark, just like the legendary Nas vs. Jay-Z feud in the U.S.

The track is produced by Omen2K and ProdbyLJS. The former, who had already worked with La F on “691 Pt.3” and “Appel Manqué 11”, once again showcases his drill expertise. Meanwhile, ProdbyLJS, known for producing Malty2BZ’s Plugged In session with Fumez the Engineer, brings an explosive London drill touch. The result: a track built for maximum impact.

On “Boogeyman”, La F unloads direct shots at Gazo:

“They dare say they made me run, but there’s footage out there to prove it
I’ll say it again, at my Paris concert, some kids ended up on the windshield
Shplat on the windshield, and since then, you tripled your security
And ever since, you’ve been getting pressed, making up stories to look real.”

He goes even further with another set of bars:

“Even if I don’t condone them jumping you, everyone knows you’ve been extorted
Show me a video of me running from you—doesn’t exist, stop being brainwashed
If it did exist, it would already be trending
If it did exist, you would’ve humiliated me long ago.”

The video, directed by Faiz Manty, is a raw one-shot sequence filmed in the neighborhood, perfectly matching the track’s intensity. The director, who has worked with GG and Sikko (“RRUGVE UN JAM RRIT”), Jovan (“Avant de partir”), and Nity (“Carbozo”), adds striking visuals to this scathing response.
